This is my flat plan. The crude version until my magazine is complete. I have decided on gojng with the same house style with the red,black and white all the way through, it is still undecided on what the pictures would be but i will be able to chose the best ones out of the series of photos i have currently taken. I wanted this magazine to have a violent look about it because of the music it is accociated with, the whole Rock/grunge genre is all about loud guitars, shouting and drums. which I thought would be ideal for teenagers who are my target audience. So i indeed caried out the same format of the broken glass and ripped paper through out to maintain a consistancy of a violent magazine, hence the parental advisory which would be ignored any way. The font i went with in the end was called 28 Days Later, convieniently named after the zombie apocalypse which is also a violent action film.
The double page spread also included a prize give away which appealed to my target audience because of how popular the skullcandy head phones are for teenagers.
